Randolph Milton Wortman International Flag Of Love Winner
Randolph Wortman was my father dad was a kind and gentleman someone I looked up to and loved . He is being awarded the flag because of he's work in the tenth precent in Washington D. C. at that time dad was a young man with a wife and son . World War Two was in full swing Randolph never fought in that war he was home working the police force in the nations capitol for ten years . It was during this time he worked in the White House once in a while guarding then president Franklin Delano Roosevelt . I never would have been told this because Randy never talked about he's job if I wouldn't have told dad that my English Teacher thought Roosevelt killed himself dad said no I worked in the White House and I guarded Roosevelt toward the end of he's career I remember lifting him once around then and their wasn't much left of him he was almost dead then . Randy Wortman who drove back up when Nixon came to Dayton to denicate the newly remolded Airforce Muesum told them where they served coffee in the White House and talked about Franklin Delano Roosevelt . Randy said he would have jumped in front of the president if someone would have tried to kill him . Randolph Wortman loved he's country he was a sixth generation.

Police officers today
During dads many years as a police officer he never saw disrespect for police officers like he did toward the end of he's carreer. Today thousands of young and old men and women serve their country through its police forces . They risk their lives everyday just to come to work to hear stories about people calling them pigs . We need to respect our police officers more .Every year thousands of them get killed defending us against thugs . Dad said back in the eighty that the liberal judges who let bad people out of jail were ruining our country I think he was right
Grandmothers really love their grandchildren they know what they like to eat what colors they like to wear . Grandmothers know childrens favorite teachers where they go to school at who their best friend is and what their favorite toy is . Grandparents have time to go see children's shows with grandchildren seem to keep lots of toys for grandchildren to play with . Have lots of xtra stuff like toys old pans to bang on boxes for a child to pick up and look at for hours some times the box the toy came in is more fun then the toy itself .
This is a doll I redressed from Goodwill.
