The world is a very violent place young people and old people are getting killed every day .We need to stop the violence the drug addition the hatred of one another that is destroying are once great country . We cannot change other people the only people we can change are our selves . We need each of us reading me to agree to not make fun of people who are different from us God makes people in all different shapes and sizes and colors and that is wonderful if we all looked alike we would get bored with one another . We are lucky we live in America we have more people who are us then any country in the world . We have a oppurtunity to be nice to the children and Grandchildren of the whole world .
We don't need drugs or alcohol to get high as they said in the sixtys we need to get high on life . The only one who can make things happen and open up doors for you is the person in the mirror . You can get off the drugs alcohol or to much food you can do that for yourself no one else in the world controls you just you . You can quit saying poor me no one likes me and keeping your mouth shut like I did in high school while people view you as wierd because you are to quiet . You can talk to people simple short conversations to start with say with a smile on your face hi how are you great weather we are having how are you today . Start small find out what the persons interests are and learn something about what they like and you have amde a new friend .The more friends you have the less people well pick on you. The very people who viewed you as weird well start liking you within a short period of time . See you are the only one who can help you

I saw a television show recently in which a older brother stole cars in front of he's younger brother and him and he's frined did drugs . One day the younger brother decided he would try to steal a car will this younger brother stole the drug lord's car. They killed the younger brother shot him dead .

This changed the older brother for life he didn't steal or do drugs ever again he's mother had trouble forgiving him but he straightened out he's life.

So if you are the older brother you need to set a good example for your younger brothers and sisters to keep them out of trouble. .

WHat to do instead of drugs , alcohol or over eating

Go to church you meet good people there everyone is nice to you there if you have never been to church go to the libary look up different churches read about them and chose the one that most fits you they have outside activities and you well have friends who believe like you do that love is the strongest force on Earth Jesus based he's life on that statement

Go to the libary anyone can learn alot by going to the libary their is alot to learn their you can figure out who you are and what you like at the libary . Get out books on one topic at a time study it over and over again . Stay with the same topic for awhile when trying to talk to people and they asks what your interest are you can bring up what you like . What you can learn at the libary how to draw their are plenty of books on how to draw . You can also learn about history and you might be able to find your family tree there you can learn mechanic , sewing, computer, how to make webpages , how to dance get to the libary.

Learn to Dance or sing or play a instrument

I recenlty saw a show on crump dancing in which people got together in gangs not to beat one another up but to out dance one another . I am sure they all learned new steps from one another and people walk away not hurt for life just tired and wore out .

Hopefully they meet some new people they want to make friends with .Hopefully they have set a good example for the younger children in their neighborhood .Hopefully these younger children will turn away from violence and substitude dancing for violence.

If you are a only child ask around maybe their is a young child you can help do their homework maybe they are a only child to this could give you a feeling for what it is like to have a brother or a sister.

More and more people are deciding to have just one child because of the economy.

ASk if you can help teach a younger child to do their home work

The good that people do is passed down through the generations even if you are a young person you can make a positive influence on other people . You can help someone today you can smile at people and talk to them who knows maybe you could help turn around someones bad day . Who knows maybe you can turn around your bad day.

Be proud of who you are of who you well become decide you well grow up to become a worthwhile person who hands love down thru the generations get up every day look in the mirror smile say I am going to be the best version of me I can be today . I am going to go out of my way to be nice to people I am going to be some one who cares . I well do good things maybe my church needs me to sing in the choir .Maybe my boss really does need me to stay after work maybe I well
