You both might need to work more hours to pay the bills . Don't forget about one another make time for one another even if it is dinner out with a babysitter watching the kids a family that prays and plays together stays together.

Things will be tougher work maybe harder to find some husbands may have to stay home with the kids while the wife works.

They should become friends of other men who are also Mr. Mom's and they should start a club so they can take the kids with them to ballgames once in a while and plan other outings men and their children will enjoy fishing maybe one of these outings.

If you are hoiime all day and your wife is out working get up and do house work she will get tired when she gets home cook her diner men can cook to my dad worked as a assistant chef and the British Embassy when he was young my oldest son is a great cook.

 Sweep all of the floors and mop them . Pickup the house have the kids pick up after themselves help your children with their homework before your spouse comes home.

 Reserve some time for just you and your spouse don't spend all of oyur time running the kids from one activity to another.

Give your wife a back rub this will help her relax run some warm bath water for her this is romantic if you do it after the kids go to bed.

Ask her how her day was tell her what you did look for work you can do from home on your  computer.

Talk with your spouse about what they would like to do with their time off and the family . Don't expect your spouse to come home from a hard days work and take the kids to sports you should chauffer the kids while she rests . The more time you give her to rest the more free time she will have for her family and she will be in a better mood .

Do if you can get your wife to attend school programs kids are only young once and you don't want to miss out on these times . Scout awards some sporting events but not all of them music concerts your child plays in.

It is better to have one parent at least home with the kids and if your wife makes more money then you do why not let her support the family at least for a while you can take courses on line to up your knowledge and get a better job .

Then maybe the two of you might decide to reverse rolls again . If this happens you will appreciate all of the work she does for the family.
